What’s your return & refund policy?

We're all about making sure you're stoked with your purchase! But in case you need to return or exchange something, check out our Refund Policy for all the details. We got your back.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Great things take time! Since everything is custom made, we need 1-3 days to craft your apparel. Once that’s done, shipping takes another 1-3 days if you’re based locally in Gauteng, South Africa.

When does my order get processed?

We’ll kick off your order once your payment clears through PayFast or our merchant account. You'll get a confirmation email once everything’s locked in.

What’s up with the sizing?

Our sizes run a little smaller than you’d find in your usual high street store. So, take a size up from what you’d normally wear, and you should be good to go!

Can I change my order once it's placed?

Once your order's in the system, we're pretty quick to get it moving. But if you catch us before it’s sent out, we might be able to help you make adjustments! Drop us an email ASAP and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we’re all about South Africa. But stay tuned—international shipping could be on the horizon soon!

How do I care for my hoodie or shirt?

To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and letting it air dry. No harsh chemicals or high-heat dryers, please! Your hoodie will thank you.

What if I don’t like the color or design when I receive my order?

We totally get that custom pieces are personal, but because all our items are custom-made to order, we can’t accept returns based on personal taste or color preferences. So, make sure to check the details before you place your order. If something's wrong on our end, though, let us know and we'll sort it out!

Can I cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as your payment clears, so cancellations are tricky. But hey, life happens! Drop us an email as soon as possible, and if it hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
